Our Team Leaders

Ann Noble Shephard coordinated a $1.4 million capital campaign - 15% over goal - prior to becoming a founding member of IVY Partners. Ann has extensive agency and in-house public relations and advertising experience. She served as an instructor for undergraduate communications majors at Michigan State University, and was an on-air news personality at Upstate NY television and radio news outlets. She received her BS in Communications from Cornell University and a MA in Public Relations from Michigan State University. Ann is a member of the Association of Fundraising Professionals, and a board member of the American Agriculturist Foundation, Northeast Agricultural Education Foundation, and Cazenovia Community Chest.

William (Bill) Wickham is IVY Partners’ resident small business entrepreneur with nearly 20 years experience managing his own businesses in travel, farm retailing, agri-tourism, and video production. Prior to becoming a founding member of IVY Partners, Bill served as general campaign chair – overseeing over 100 volunteers - for a successful renovation capital campaign for his Cornell University fraternity, and continues to manage their annual campaign targeting over 1,200 alumni. Also as a volunteer, Bill has managed the finances for a large Rochester, NY based swim club. Bill is a graduate of Cornell University, and a member of the Association of Fundraising Professionals.
